Join us for an exclusive culinary experience led by Carlos Ripoll, a master rice chef from Alicante and member of Wikipaella. With over 25 years of experience in gastronomy and a background in Business Administration and Management, Carlos has spent the past 12 years answering the growing demand for authentic paella in restaurants around the world.

Having trained under Michelin-starred chef María José San Román, Carlos has mastered the art of rice cooking across different environments—high altitudes, open flames, indoor burners, convection ovens, and more. His expertise spans both traditional techniques and modern adaptations, making him one of the most versatile paella chefs today.

During this masterclass, Carlos will demonstrate a variety of cooking methods and techniques, sharing his in-depth knowledge and secrets for creating the perfect paella. The experience will also include a curated tasting of fine Spanish wines, carefully selected to complement the flavors of the dishes prepared.
